Introduction

The Larivot project involves the design of a bioenergy plant primarily using AVEVA E3D for the creation of industrial 3D models.

Swims intervened to clean up, restructure and optimize an AVEVA E3D 3D model to ensure reliable deliveries and guarantee data consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Context and Need

As part of the Larivot project, teams needed to produce reliable deliverables from an AVEVA E3D 3D model that had accumulated inconsistencies over time: duplicate elements, disorganized catalog, non-standardized configurations.

The challenge: restore a functional and reliable environment while maintaining productivity on an active project.

Our Intervention

Swims intervened as an AVEVA E3D expert specialized in industrial 3D modeling and environment administration.

The intervention covered:

  • in-depth audit of the existing AVEVA E3D model to identify inconsistencies and quality issues
  • data cleanup and restructuring: removal of duplicates, reorganization of catalog elements, standardization of configurations
