Introduction

As part of the HKC nuclear program, EDF CI2T launches the migration of its AVEVA PDMS environment to AVEVA E3D, while simultaneously structuring a new multi-user environment suitable for the simultaneous management of multiple projects.

Swims intervenes as a certified AVEVA integrator specialized in industrial environments and large-scale migrations.

Client Context and Need

The HKC program relies on complex industrial models mobilizing several engineering teams simultaneously. The transition to AVEVA E3D had to not only preserve existing data, but also enable better collaborative management of AVEVA environments for multiple concurrent projects.

The challenge: migrate without disrupting ongoing activities, while implementing governance adapted to the constraints of a multi-project environment.

Our Intervention

Swims intervenes as a certified AVEVA integrator specialized in industrial environments and multi-user migrations.

Our intervention covers:

• environment audit: analysis of existing PDMS models, identification of data complexity and volumes
• migration strategy: definition of conversion rules, planning of migration phases by project priority
• migration of PDMS models to E3D with integrity and traceability controls at each step
• multi-user environment structuring: access configuration, permissions, workspaces per project
• support for engineering teams during the transition and post-migration validation
